Hours: 20 per week (Flexibility available with working pattern)

Salary:
£19,838 Per Annum based on 35 hours per week


Contract Type:
Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2025

Service Administration Assistant. You will be providing crucial support to a vital service.


A day in the life of a Service Administration Assistant:


  • You will assist the Support Officer in providing administrative and operational support functions to the area that is managed and delivered in accordance with both the needs of the area and corporate requirements.

To be a successful Service Administration Assistant you must have the following skills and experience:


  • Positive, passionate and enthusiastic approach to customer service
  • General administrative duties; incoming and outgoing mail, answering the telephone and scanning, filing, meeting and greeting clients
  • Outgoing with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with queries in a diplomatic, professional, sensitive and confidential manner (both verbally and in writing)
  • Ability to work accurately, with great attention to detail when checking documentation
