Location:
Manchester Area

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday (Onsite)

Duration:
Initial 6 Month Contract (Inside IR35)

Rate:
Day rate £170 Depending on experience

Main areas of responsibility:

Be first point of contact when a customer needs to make a home insurance claim
Review of thirdparty damages
Validate claims against policy information to ensure Indemnity verified
Deal with credit hire claims negotiation through to settlement
Be confident when creating new cases and liaising with policyholders to obtain the relevant claims details of cases not previously reported
Process payments with regards to motor insurance policies

What we're looking for:

You'll be able to confidently communicate with colleagues, customers and have a professional and engaging communication style
You'll be proactive, able to work on your own initiative and have great attention to detail. You'll also be very organised, and have efficient administration and IT skills, allowing you to effectively manage your case load.
You love working in a fast paced and busy environment and thrive working under pressure
Home Insurance claims experience preferred but not essential
Experience working in customer service environment

£170.00 per day
