A well established business with exciting plans for significant growth across the UK is seeking a HR Advisor to be based from the Kings Norton location.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner you will act as the first point of contact for c200 staff - both blue and white collar - in order to deal with any and all HR issues.

As such you will be involved in all aspects of the HR lifecycle, with a strong focus onER issues including absence management, performance management, disciplinary and grievances.


To be considered for this role you will:
Be an established HR Generalist;
Have gained extensive experience within a blue collar environment;
Be comfortable supporting the HRBP in all aspects of the HR lifecycle;
Look to proactively add value to the HR function.
