Description
Problem solve and raise issues with providers where there are invoice discrepancies, and follow up as appropriate. Responsible for processing all invoices highlighted for care homes and other basic invoices. Ensure all PIP forms received are completed and returned to the Department for Work and Pensions.Responsible for sorting of all incoming post and ensure distribution to the relevant departments, and to ensure that all out going post is documented.
To send post recorded delivery when requested.Ensure that all complaints, comments and suggestions are dealt with appropriately, in accordance with policy, resolving where possible and escalating to line manager when appropriate.
