We are seeking a highly motivated and pro-active individual to fulfil the role of Patient Pathway Co-Ordinator within our busy Trauma & Orthopaedic department.

You will be required to build strong relationships with Consultants, Admin teams, Nursing staff and external providers and be responsible for the smooth running of the patients' pathway through the department.

You will need good communication skills, written and verbal and the ability to work as a team and independently.

The post holder will be joining a team of 15 Patient Pathway Coordinators in Trauma & Orthopaedics which is based at Southampton General Hospital, F Level.
