My client a soft and hard landscaping contractors is seeking an experienced Estimator to join the busy team.

The client has various contracts with housing associations and councils to maintain grounds and they are seeking someone that has a wealth of experience in this field.

Duties and Responsibilities.

Price work in a timely manner with all supporting documentation.
Gaining quotes from suppliers and contractors within timeframes.
Bringing new ideas to improve the cost estimating process.
Monitoring costs on projects to help improve the estimation process.
Preparing progress reports on current works, working closely with other internal teams.
Supporting in bids and tenders.
Working on hard and soft landscaping projects worth over £2m.
Price work in a timely manner with all supporting documentation.
Gaining quotes from suppliers and contractors within timeframes.
Bringing new ideas to improve the cost estimating process.
Monitoring costs on projects to help improve the estimation process.
Ability to use and read scale drawing programs.
Preparing progress reports on current works, working closely with other internal teams.
Supporting in bids and tenders.
Working on hard and soft landscaping projects worth over £2m.

Able to work on multiple tasks and tenders at one given time.
