OFFICE ASSISTANT
We have a very exciting role for an ambitious Office Assistant who is looking for a long-term career within the admin sector.
You will be joining a small, friendly team who are bursting with passion to welcome a new team member into their busy office based in South Kirkby, Pontefract.
Benefits:
- £9.50+ per hour
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (weekends off)
- Full internal training provided
- Permanent position
- Pay review every 12 months
- Onsite parking
Duties:
- Order processing, data inputting, use of excel, spreadsheets and various bespoke systems
- Processing invoices, credit notes and orders
- Assisting Finance and Purchase Ledger (training provided)
- Updating customer accounts accurately and accordingly
- General day to day office duties
Skills:
- Strong organisational skills
- Computer Literate (use of excel and Microsoft)
- Previous admin, reception or office experience would be essential (2 years +)
- Previous Finance or Purchase Ledger assistance would be an advantage but not essential
- Excellent telephone manner and relationship building skills
- Positive attitude towards learning new skills
- Call Summer on between the hours of 8am 5pm Mon-Fri
