Conveyancing Assistant

A reputable, modern law firm is currently looking for a conveyancing assistant to join the Conveyancing department and help support junior members of the team.

The firm prides themselves on their consistent, honest and forward-thinking values and has a veryexciting few months coming up.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Assisting senior members of staff with their residential caseload
Handling a small caseload (desirable, not essential)

You will have:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build strong working relationships
Excellent organisational skills
Residential property experience with sales, purchases, transfer of ewuity, remortgages, freehold and leasehold properties
Experience in dealing with SDLT and Post Completion
