Description

A new opportunity has arisen for a HR officer to join a niche legal aid firm.

The successful individual will be required the support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems across the firm.

You will be required to provide counselling on policies and procedures and be actively involved in the recruitment process including the preparation of job descriptions, posting adverts and managing the overall hiring process.

Further duties will includecreating and implementing effective onboarding plans as well as administering training and development programs.

A key aspect of the role will require you to assist with the performance management processes and support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
