Barker Munro is delighted to be assisting this amazing Insurer with their next round of recruitment for their expanding Policy Review/ Fraud Team.

Do you enjoy investigating issues and asking questions? Do you have good communications skills and are you able to offer excellent customer service? Do you enjoy a mix of administration and telephone work and high attention to detail?

Policy Analysis is responsible for validating policy information to ensure that customers have the right cover at the right price.

As a Policy Review Specialist you will be accountable for helping customers through the validation journey in a busy phoneand administration role.

You will receive a comprehensive 4 week training induction and will be given all the coaching you need to be successful within this role.

There is a generous starting salary of £21,000 plus fantastic company benefits and the opportunity of progressing throughthe level matrix of this role up to £26,000.

Home working opportunity 3 days a week following training and passing 6 month probation. Monday to Friday working hours from 08:30am to 5pm.
