The rapid pace of our growth has resulted in a sales increase in excess of 100% year on year since we were established in Burton-on-Trent in 2010.

Building on our success, we are continuing to develop avenues for new business opportunities. Having recently opened our sixth depot in Nottingham, we have ambitious plans for further growth and business expansion.


Our rapid growth means that we currently operate from six locations - our main head office in Swadlincote in the East Midlands, Tipton in the West Midlands, Nottingham, Canvey Island, Bristol, and Glasgow.


Position:

The post holder will play a vital role within the day-to-day operation of the business.

Working in a fast-paced environment as a member of the office team, the post holder will ensure all telephone calls are directed to the correct department or person, whilst prioritising calls as applicable.


Requirements:


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner and directing them to the appropriate recipient.
  • Taking messages and passing on all details accurately to the relevant department/person.
  • Supporting the customer services department in dealing with and resolving customer queries.
  • Completing general administration duties to support management, the customer service, sales, accounts, and other departments as required at the request of management.
  • Process all administration requests as directed by management.
  • Any other general administration tasks.

  • Must have a polite telephone manner.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to show a high level of attention to detail to take and pass on clear messages.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
  • Able to remain calm and focused in fast paced, high pressured environment.
  • Driven, determined with a cando attitude and positive approach.
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suites and Outlook.
  • Has experience in using databases and programs.
  • Able to work as part of a team and support colleagues as and when necessary.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Able to plan, organise and prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Able to quickly adapt to new systems, including inhouse systems.
  • Keep up to date with new information and changes in departments.
  • Selfmotivated, with the ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently.
  • Projects confidence and enthusiasm.

Salary between £24,383 pa depending on experience


Hours 45 per week Monday to Friday between 09:
