The Customer Service Coordinator will play a key role completing administrative tasks which provide an important link between the team and customers, as well as internal departments, to ensure the Company delivers an excellent customer experience and achievesobjectives.

Based in Manchester, this client is now a world leading manufacturing and production company for cable products.


Description

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator will include but not limited to:

  • Work collaboratively across the business to ensure that customer expectations and requirements are clearly understood, communicated and responded to in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that company standards for Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service are maintained in all customer interactions
  • Complete day to day administrative tasks

Profile

  • Experience and proven track record in sales administration, sales support or customer relationship management in a B2B environment (ideally from a manufacturing and production background)
  • Trained in CRM (Ideally SAP)
  • Effective in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening skills

Job Offer

What the client is offering:


  • Salary on offer is £26k £28k
  • Plus Bonus Scheme
  • 35 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
