MPUFT Specialist Care Group is seeking 4 highly organised administrators to coordinate recruitment activity.

You will be joining an innovative and wide ranging team of clinical, operational and recruitment professionals.

This post is potentially an opportunity for anyone seeking to develop their recruitment experience and to work alongside services such as Prison Mental Health, Substance Misuse, Learning Disabilities, Sexual Health, Forensic Mental Health to name a few.


The post holders will help initiate the process, administer vacancy management and recruitment systems (full training will be provided) and be the first point of contact with the group for manager queries related to all recruitment needs.

Post-holders will develop good working partnerships with our central recruitment and Talent and Attraction teams.

We expect to expand activity to provide additional support to the on-boarding of new recruits and wider workforce activities.

Opportunities for flexible patterns of working are available including working from home options. Our services operate across England so we are open to applicants working from home from across the UK. Some travel to Trust HQ will be required from time to time.

  • Providing effective mobilisation & implementation support to Specialist Care Group teams in recruitment activity.
  • Attending meetings where appropriate with the Care Group teams to support and develop knowledge to enable successful implementation and mobilisation of new processes, systems and services.
  • Creating, maintaining and managing documentation to facilitate the successful implementation of change within teams.
  • To support teams in delivering transformation and change within own areas.
  • To support teams and managers in providing administrative information to support best practice in respect of managing individuals and teams
