Do you have a creative passion outside of work? I'm working with a super interesting business in Warwickshire that sits in the tech/creative space servicing the manufacturing sector and is made up of a team of Creatives.

They are looking for someone to jointhem on an initial 12-month full-time contract as Marketing Executive but there is the strong possibility of a perm role here too.

Outside of work, they have Sculptors, Photographers, Web Designers, Artists, Woodworkers, CNC Machinists and more.

Whilst it's of course not essential for the role, people with a creative hobby/side hustle outside of work are very welcome The role willbe based in the Solihull area with some travel to Warwick so you will need to drive.

The position offers a salary of £25-30k DOE.

For the first 1-2 months the role will be office based whilst you get to know the business, team and products.

Following this initial period, it will move to a hybrid structure with 3 days in and 2 working fromhome.


The Role
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will have a hands-on role across all areas of marketing.

This position covers both B2B and B2C markets nationally and internationally and will play a pivotal role in delivering key marketing activities forthe business.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Support the planning, implementation and delivery of key tradeshows and events both nationally and internationally; Occasional overseas travel for 23 days at a time
  • Cocreate and roll out engaging content for new software releases
  • Help maintain and develop the company websites with new / optimised content
  • Highlight any new potential influencers and assist with messaging and content for our partner programme
