Collections Officer Responsibilities

Work closely with the debt recovery team and other departments to ensure timely and accurate debt recovery
Develop and maintain a good working relationship with clients and other stakeholders
Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the debt recovery process
Monitor and review debt recovery procedures and processes to ensure compliance with FCA regulations
Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure debts are recovered in a timely and accurate manner
Handle any disputes that may arise from clients and other stakeholders

Profile

Collections Officer Experience and Qualifications

Proven track record in debt recovery/ collections
Good understanding of FCA regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Selfmotivated and able to take initiative
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
