Collections Officer Responsibilities
- Work closely with the debt recovery team and other departments to ensure timely and accurate debt recovery
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with clients and other stakeholders
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the debt recovery process
- Monitor and review debt recovery procedures and processes to ensure compliance with FCA regulations
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure debts are recovered in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle any disputes that may arise from clients and other stakeholders
Profile
Collections Officer Experience and Qualifications
- Proven track record in debt recovery/ collections
- Good understanding of FCA regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Selfmotivated and able to take initiative
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
