Terumo Aortic have an exciting new role to help support and coordinate change & engagement activities within our organization.

Working closely with our Change & Engagement team, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to add real value to the direction of our Change Management strategy and enjoy career development, whilst working within a company that truly changes the lives of our customers.

The main responsibilities of the role;

  • Support the change and engagement team with delivery of projects in Terumo Aortic
  • Assist the change team to progress and monitor change across multiple projects
  • Support change manager(s) with coordination and administrative efforts within change projects in Terumo Aortic organising meetings & workshops, taking notes, engaging with stakeholder groups to arrange dates & session formats
  • Support development of comms plans / training plans
  • Support development of project comms collateral
  • Support development and activation of the change management training and toolkits
  • Support delivery of change management training activity
  • Setting up surveys, analysing and presenting results in engaging formats
  • Liaise between Change Management function, project delivery teams and business stakeholders
Essential experience / skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills both written and verbal
  • Good analysis skills looking for patterns in information (from surveys & feedback)
  • Microsoft skills powerpoint, excel, visio & word (or a strong willingness and ability to learn quickly to become highly proficient in these tools)
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Enthusiasm to learn & ability to operate in ambiguous scenarios
Nice to have experience / skills

  • Experienced working within a Project and / or Change Management business environment
  • Experience of change management coordination or administration
  • Exposure to change management programs and project lifecycle
  • Graduate degree or equivalent business experience
For a successful applicant without direct change management experience - training will be provided
