Are you highly motivated with excellent communication skills looking to join a growing SME recruitment business offering excellent training and development in a modern and relaxed environment?

Matthew Olivers are currently recruiting for a new recruiter to join our welcoming team where you will trained and supported to develop long lasting and meaningful business relationships without KPIs, cold calling and the usual generic approaches to sales.

What will you be doing?

Developing meaningful relationships with business owners and decision makers
Building your network and business contacts nationally
Manging the end to end recruitment process
Providing the best possible service to everyone we work with, always.

What are the requirements?

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Hard working and highly motivated
Ability to think outside the box and develop new approaches and ideas
Ideally degree qualified but open to other education/qualifications

Salary:
£24,000 - £26,000 + Commission

OTE:
£35,000 +
