What to expect at the Recruitment Event.

As well as taking you on a tour of our inspiring new office space at Fort Dunlop, we'll have team members available to answer your questions and introduce you to our business.

What do the roles involve?
With guidance & training, you'll become an ambassador for our business. You'll be supporting customers at every stage, from first claim to getting them back into their own vehicle again.

Speaking to the right person at a time when you need help can make all the difference in the world.

That's why we spend the time finding the perfect people and dedicate roles to each stage of the journey, delivering delight to drivers across the UK.


What we need from you

Our fast-track interview process is a way for us to get to know you, and for you to see if AX could be the right fit for your next career move.

You will take part in an interview and some group-based activity, so prepare to be with us for the full afternoon.
