_Multidrop Van Driver_

Hills Salvage & Recycling Ltd are the UK's leading ISO Accredited Vehicle Recycling Company, responsible for facilitating the collection, dismantling and recycling of motor vehicles, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality market leading service to our customer/supplier population, with our head office located in Skelmersdale, Lancashire.

We are currently recruiting for a multidrop van driver to operate out of Hills Salvage & Recycling new south west facility in Gloucestershire.

To deliver 'recycled (green)' vehicle parts in packages to both trade and retail customers, throughout the UK mainly in the south between Dover to Penzance from Gloucester.

Undertake multidrop deliveries.
Liaise with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Liaise with customers regarding any issues/complaints with regard to deliveries and report to supervisor.
Comply with the relevant Company Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to this position and working environment.

You will have the following:

Previous experience of multidrop and /or courier deliveries.
An excellent geographical/postcode knowledge of roads is advantageous
Excellent customer service skills.
Good planning, time management and organisational skills.
Be able to work as part of a team.
Be confident in lifting and handling parcels.
Flexible with start time due to different delivery routes
Dependant on the individuals experience and ability to meet the job description relevant training will be given
Have a full driving licence, with no more than a maximum of 6 penalty points for minor offences only (required for insurance purposes), anyone with more than 6 points 'need not apply'

From £10.00 per hour
