Hours of work:
Part-time, 18.75 hours/week

Thursday 2:15pm -7:30pm

Friday 2:00pm -7:30pm

Saturday 09:30am - 2:30pm (week A) or 3.30pm - 8.30pm (week B)

Sunday 3:30pm - 8:30pm (week A) or 9:30am - 2:30pm (week B)
(Some flexibility possible)

Contract:
Fixed-term, 12 months


Salary:
£12, £24,467.63 FTE)

Closing date: 6th June pm

Annual Leave: 33 days (plus eight bank holidays)

About the role

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate Facebook Community Coordinator to join our virtual events team.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the Facebook Groups for each event, ensuring an exceptional experience for our dedicated supporters.

Your main objective will be to foster a welcoming and engaging community for our Facebook supporters.


As the Facebook Community Coordinator, you will actively engage with supporter posts, promptly respond to inquiries, and extend warm welcomes to new members.

By creating captivating and thought-provoking content, you will inspire and uplift our supporters, driving positive interactions within the community.

Additionally, you will handle enquiries in our virtual events inbox and ensure that each group is equipped with compelling content before it goes live, thus facilitating registrations.


In this position, you will also provide outstanding customer service for fundraising inquiries, proactively develop FAQs to assist group members, and maintain strong relationships with agencies and suppliers.

Monitoring their adherence to compliance and best practices will be part of your responsibilities.
