An exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Casualty Reduction Police Support Officer.


Allowances - Shift, weekend working

Shift Percentage - 14%

Weekend Working Shift Percentage - 10%
In this role you will undertake speed enforcement using mobile speed detection equipment. Also, to undertake other Road Traffic offence enforcement.

You will set up and operate mobile speed detection equipment within a vehicle & operate a handheld speed detection device whilst stood road side to enforce speed limits at sites throughout the Force ensuring all paperwork is completed (please note that the post holder will be required to perform occasional lifting of equipment).

You will report to the Communications Centre, at Headquarters, passing on details of vehicles which look suspect or are being driven dangerously

£26,487.00-£28,302.00 per year
