_Cobthorne cleaning are looking to recruit an additional gardener /grounds maintenance operative to help with our expanding client base and work load.

General grounds work to blocks of flats and houses some of which are private and some are Housing Association._

  • General duties will include mowing lawns, strimming edges, sweeping paths, cutting hedges, weeding flower beds and hard standing areas, sweeping bin stores and collecting bulky waste. You will be paired with another operative as well as being part of team. _
  • Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00 16:30, 52 weeks per year with 4 weeks paid holiday + bank holidays._
  • A driving license as also preferred as you maybe required to drive our company vehicles._
  • References will be required._

Salary:
£27,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Gardening: 1 year (preferred)
