Role Overview


GroupM Nexus is actively seeking a Global Head of Advanced DOOH Solutions, to successfully build, deploy, and foster the adoption of our Digital Out-of-home (DOOH) offering across the globe.


The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing the Solutions roadmap, ensuring our Advanced DOOH Solution is defined in line with clear business and client benefit.


You will collaborate with regional and local stakeholders to develop and execute global applicable, yet locally nuanced Solutions and capabilities.

This role will act as the custodian and steward of our Advanced DOOH Solution architecture, enabling best in class deployment, refinement and iteration in all regions and markets.


In partnership with the Business Strategy team, you will drive the expansion of the Advanced DOOH Solution and own the enablement of DOOH in all markets.

In this role, you will help GroupM Nexus continue innovating and pushing the boundaries of programmatic buying to deliver measurable outcomes to our clients.

This role requires a deep understanding of the DOOH ecosystem to deliver a best-in-class offering to our clients.

To succeed in the role, the DOOH Global lead requires exceptional stakeholder management and influencing ability to drive change collaboratively and impactfully across the matrix organization
with both a product and commercial lens.


Responsibilities
- **Solutions Excellence*
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap into detailed requirements, creating operational documents, Solutions maturity frameworks, product checklists, sales material, and specs for existing and new initiatives. Collaborate with internal, GroupM Business Strategy, Emerging Innovation, Solutions Marketing and Investment/Partnership teams and external supply, data, and activation ecosystem partners to build market leading products & solutions delivering growth and longevity.

  • Defining the strategic direction of Advanced DOOH Solution in conjunction with endtoend oversight of our DOOH offering (from innovation to implementation).

perations
  • Lead the ideation and prioritisation of the Advanced DOOH roadmap; working in partnership with the Choreograph team responsible for technical development of innovative solutions to drive revenue growth.

nablement & Governance

Working in partnership with Business Strategy team to identify, prioritise and launch our Advanced DOOH Solution in new markets around the world.

Application of consistent standards and governance across markets through Solution maturity frameworks, market audits, and compliance checklists.

rowth -** Bring an entrepreneurial spirit to drive revenue growth and building market presence through domain expertise and strategic influence across relevant regions, markets, and teams.

Revenue monitoring and communication of Advanced DOOH Solution financial performance as part of internal communication and strategic growth plans.

lients - Understanding client needs around specific solutions and capabilities through solutions consultancy and custom solution development for key clients. Contribute to the design and delivery of training, client pitches, and response proposals for a range of internal teams, agencies, and clients.

anagement - Drive alignment and focus across teams to deliver success for our Advanced DOOH Solution (GroupM and Solutions Marketing, Business Strategy, Emerging Innovation, Partnerships and Investment, Choregraph, Global, and Regional Client Account teams, Nexus Creative Solutions, GroupM, Kinetic, and WPP).


Qualifications

  • Proven work experience in Product Management or similar role in the digital marketing space,
  • Solid technical background with an understanding of programmatic and digital media and/or outdoor advertising (pDOOH, DOOH, OOH)
  • GotoMarket experience; history of success in driving market expansion at scale; taking into account local nuances, while adhering to global standards.
  • Strong commercial and client acumen; experience developing new commercial models that create mutual value for clients and GroupM
  • Strong problemsolving skills and willingness to embrace new challenges,
  • Skilled at working effectively with crossdepartment teams in a matrix organization,
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
