Our Role

As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will support the Accounts Payable team to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for someone to:

Process payable invoices
Administer our ledger including validating payment details
Assist with preparation of weekly payment runs including weekly audit of accruals and payment terms
Build and provide professional but friendly working relationships with our supplier's finance departments and our internal stakeholders
Fulfil any other adhoc duties as requested by a Manager

Experience and Qualifications

Accounts payable experience is essential
Use of Microsoft Dynamics is preferable but not essential
Advanced Excel skills
Organized, selfmotivated, and able to plan time effectively
Excellent communication skills and is good at building professional but friendly relationships over the phone
