Maintenence Joiner

  • Carry out basic condition checks on internal sides of fire doors, checking for the presence of water
tanks and checking that working carbon monoxide and smoke alarms are

installed.


  • Complete work to a high standard in a
timely manner, working in tenanted and empty properties.


  • Use of PDA will be required, training will be provided as will clothing and PPE.
  • Own transport required, Mileage will be paid at standard rates
  • Initial six month contract but likely to be extended.
  • Interviews will take place at the council offices
