**Events Administrator, Kingston Bagpuize - must be a car driver£25,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
Hybrid working an option after completion of probation
On call rota paid as overtime
Monday to Thursday 9:00 - 17:30, 17.00 finish on Friday's

Responsibilities
- Responding to guest queries
- Updating guest data sheets, sending out event joining instructions and tickets
- Ensure that the guest experience is first class and the processes work smoothly and effectively through quality and timely communication and administration
- Involved in both the detail and the ongoing reporting of events
- Working to high standards of accuracy within tight time deadlines
- Developing the overall schedule of activities
- Maintaining guest data reports
- Sending tickets and joining instructions out in a timely manner
- Handling incoming, and making outbound telephone calls in a professional manner
- Providing the client with accurate updates as required
- Progress monitoring against the project schedule
- Maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and attention to detail
