The Role
Responsible for ensuring delivery of all aspects of the onboarding process and be accountable for enabling all new services to be delivered effectively to quality and achieve financial goals, providing the client with an outstanding service from the firstengagement with the BSC

  • Responsible for building and maintaining key stakeholder relationships, acting as a key interface to enable sustainable delivery of service, ensuring excellent customer service, appropriate communication methods, ensuring stakeholder strategies and policiesare adhered to.
  • Responsible for assessing the needs, requirements and technical feasibility of potential new contracts, providing cost estimates, risk and project plans to inform negotiations. to ensure that functions are provisioned to deliver on boarded service in linewith agreed service levels.
  • Ensure all service delivery related documents, e.g.; customer contracts and SLAs, are produced with the customer in mind and maintained to a high standard, with regular review with the relevant service delivery teams.
  • Undertake due diligence of service models for new clients and ensure that the transition of the clients in to the BSC services are managed and delivered effectively.
  • Deliver a communicative client journey that delivers an outstanding experience for the client at every step of the on boarding process.
  • Develop criteria that underpin the onboarding strategy that determines and measures the success of the BSC's customer onboarding process. Establish a monitoring and reporting strategy to measure the performance of the activities.
  • Accountable for the signoff of the onboarding proposal plan for new clients. Review and assess the risk profile associated with the onboarding plan and ensure that the plans deliver an embedded service across the agreed quality and cost profile definedthrough the approved bid process.
  • Undertake workforce planning exercises, assessments of knowledge and skills, selection exercises and ensuring compliance with relevant statutory regulations and best practice.
  • Operate within the BSC risk process to ensure the business is not exposed in terms of data integrity, financial loss, conduct or reputational damage.
