I am recruiting on behalf of a well-known Port Talbot based business who is seeking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join its small accounts team.


Main duties will include:


  • Processing supplier invoices
  • Completing supplier statement reconciliations
  • Purchase ledger duties to include subcontractor ledger
  • Resolving purchase ledger queries
  • Processing supplier payments
  • Deal with petty cash
  • Assist with payroll
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Adhoc finance duties


My client is ideally looking for someone who is at the early stages of their finance career and AAT studies who wants to join a fast-paced company, and be involved in their expansion and continued growth.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm


WFH will be offered on a basis of 2 days at home once 3 full months have been worked in the office.

A good knowledge of Excel is also required with the role
