Job Description:
Workday Integration experience in multiple areas of HCM.

  • Knowledge and understanding of HR & overall business functions including HCM, Integration Security, Benefits, Payroll and Reporting.
  • Proficient with Workday Integration tools like Workday EIB, studio, Integration cloud connect including Core Connector, PECI and Benefit connectors to integrate Workday data models with 3rd party systems.
  • Good experience with programming languages XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST services.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to determine customer specific needs and put forth actions to meet those needs.
  • Ability to execute and plan with independence.
  • Ability to initiate and implement innovative process improvements.
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and open manner through verbal, written, and nonverbal methods, to all levels of the organization.

Salary:
£75,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
