Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our successful Sales & Marketing Team.
The successful applicant must have the determination and ability to deliver great results in healthcare sales support, be a team player and maintain their passion to deliver exceptional customer service.
As a Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will:
Provide vital support to the success of the team
Take ownership of enquiries received into the hospital from various stakeholder groups including patients, consultants, GP's and medical secretaries
Be a confident and customer-focused communicator.
Be responsible for maintaining and updating sales leads via a CRM system and following each lead to close, focusing on maximising sales whilst delivering high quality customer service.
Need to be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.
Ideally be educated to GCSE in English and Maths with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, as well as having good IT and keyboard skills.
Key Accountabilities
To act as a patient advisor confidently guiding patients through every aspect of their patient journey from initial enquiry right through to patient discharge.
Gaining an insight and knowledge into all hospital departments that have customer touch points to ensure the patient can be put at ease by clearly outlining expectations of the patient journey from beginning to end.
Support Medical Secretaries and Hospital Bookings Team to ensure that customer requirements and queries are dealt with effectively.
To support the team working with a range of health care professionals to deliver high quality educational and community events to the general public both within the hospital and externally.
To work with central teams including call centre to ensure that hospital product and service information is up-to-date and meets customer requirements in providing the information they need to support healthcare choice decisions.
To develop constructive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
To assist in the co-ordination and delivery of projects, supporting the achievement of business aims.
To assist in the promotion of the services of the hospital throughout the local community.

Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital
Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital is located in the beautiful area of Cheltenham in Gloucestershire. It has excellent transport links nearby, being very close to the M5 and A417. The hospital has 33 ensuite private bedrooms, 3 theatres and a small ambulatory unit.
It also hosts a purpose built close observation unit, 12 consulting rooms with access to treatment rooms, diagnostic services including; plain x-ray, MRI, CT, mammography and ultrasound.
We provide a full range of medical and surgical specialities delivered in state-of-the-art clinical facilities, including orthopaedics, cosmetic surgery, spinal services, sports injury, ENT, gynaecology, urology, as well as a rapid access breast clinic.
