Are you an ambitious IT Support Engineer looking to step up and branch out? Perhaps you've considered moving into DevOps but isn't sure on how, here's how you do it:

You join one of the biggest tech companies in the UK, a place where you'll always have room to grow, learning opportunities from your team, and support from your line managers.

Your role will place you at the front line of monitoring their website, the mission is to make sure the service and platform are always properly operational at full capacity and running at an ideal speed, your team is the first point of contact in case ofany issues, so you'll have a big impact in the business.

You will be actively monitoring the platform, ensuring all boxes are ticked, investigating any issues and working on solutions to problems that arise.

You'll be using your existing IT Support skillset and enhancing it to the next level with some Networking, Infrastructure and DevOps skills; all of which are direct career progression paths from here.

Windows Server support skills, any scripting skills are desirable

It's likely that you're coming from a jack-of-all-trades IT Support background, the team is passionate and welcoming, they're down-to-earth folks in a non-corporate environment.
