With the variety of roles we have, you will use your natural communication abilities to provide a retention and / or Account Manager service to customers / clients, being the voice of the company.
- These positions offer a salary of £25k £27k, plus attractive benefits.
- Being onsite one day a week, although you can be in the office more if you would like to

The Roles:
Retentions
- Using your communication skills, you will ask probing questions to ensure you full understand the customers ideals
- Responding to incoming calls, you will provide advice on current agreements and products
- Providing support on general enquiries
- Advising of current deals / availability
Account Manager
- Providing a "one stop shop" for a specific set of clients
- Provide advice and support on a variety of queries (including account set up, online portals, payments, account queries)
- Through communication, build a rapport as an extension of the sales team and business
- Make outbound calls to specific clients to maintain regular contact (existing business)
These positions offer a great opportunity for those that are experienced working in a high telephone role, but would like to evolve their knowledge and experience further.
