About Our Client:

Page Personnel have just registered a new exciting Permanent Customer Service Team Leader Position in York.

The role is joining an excellent team and would be working for a reputable business that put Customer Service at the forefront of everything they do

As a Customer Service Team Leader you will be managing a team of 10 and will be responsible for the below

Recruitment, Training and Development of the Team

121s, Appraisals and Progression Plans

Working with clients to ensure sla's and targets are being met

Looking at ways to improve policy's and procedures to better the customer journey

Assist the call centre at peak times

Coordinate workflow of the departments to champion the customer experience


The Successful Applicant:

Ideally experience working within a similar role or would be suitable for someone that is looking for that next step in their career

Excellent people management skills

Previous supervisory experience

Passionate about exceeding kpis and delivering the best experience to customers

Experience of working in a telephone volume based environment

Able to work under pressure
