Business Analyst - Finchley - £65K

A Business Analyst opportunity for a dynamic, energetic and self-motivated Business Analyst who is happy working in a fast-paced, start-up feeling environment.

The Business Analyst will be working on a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation for the Operationand Client Liaison teams. Furthermore, there will be scope to work on a CRM project in 2024.

Responsibilities:

The expected job responsibilities for the
BAare as follows:

Interviewing key business stakeholders to understand new business requirements and suggest own ideas.
Suggest improvements to existing processes
Be able to document the AS IS and translate into TO BE using Microsoft Visio
Write User Story for any new requirements in MS Dynamics CE and Power BI
Support the Process Leads with writing Test Scripts and Testing new functionality in MS Dynamics 365 CE

Required Skills:

Proven experience operating as a BA for at least 3 years, preferably in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE environment
Ability to build strong working relationships with key business team members
Strong ability to proactively recommend improvements to the systems including changes to business processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a motivated selfstarter
Desirable to have relevant IT qualifications
