Looking for a new customer service opportunity but don't want to work weekends? Then we have a role for you

This is an ongoing temporary position with favourable working hours of Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm. This role will be hybrid working after training so you must be able to attend the office in Portsmouth (PO6)

Key Responsibilities for this role:

Knowledge Management keeping up to date with processes, rules and products
Identify, handle and resolve customer complaints

Key Skills Required:

Experience of working in a call centre environment
Behaviours and approach to listen for and understand a customer's request, identifying what is required to deliver to that need
Strong attention to attention
