Description
1st Line Technical Support Engineer
Working mainly from home as part of an international team to support a customer base of SMEs in the central south coast of England.
Occasional work on site to assist with diagnostics and repairs that can't be achieved remotely.This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company.
Requirements:
- 12 years of professional experience in a similar role.
Ability to diagnose and solve hardware and software faults.
Good phone communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Responding to call outs in a timely manner.
Your own vehicle and a clean driving license.
Working hours will be 9am to 5pm, 5 days per week with one hour for lunch.
In addition you may be required to work out of hours and at weekends.
Holiday allowance is 20 x days annually in addition to Bank Holidays.
The role will be based from home.
