Your responsibilities day to day will be


Interested in being at the forefront of digital marketing transformation, at an industry leading company across 15 countries? Our wide range of products include Fuel Cards, Vehicle Tracking Devices, Telecoms, Insurance and Vehicle Leasing.

We are looking for a driven Head of Digital Acquisition to join our Digital Team.

You will own and deliver core B2B marketing tactics to support the strategic growth of Radius products across UK, Europe and SEA.


  • We're looking for an innovative Head of Digital Acquisition with a strong business acumen who understands the impact of customer centric marketing activity to the business
  • Supporting the Digital Director in developing a 3year digital road map, with annualised objectives and milestones
  • Implement digital marketing strategies across the Radius Group websites
  • You understand customer needs and can turn customer insights into data driven decisions, driving efficiencies in customer acquisition
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to create, implement and measure tactical marketing activity across our UK, European and SEA businesses
  • Devise and execute the go to market strategy for new product verticals, including being intimately close with the sales function to ensure success
  • Leading the paid acquisition team to deliver continued improvements in PPC, display and social
  • Create best in class web experiences across multiple geographies and products (to include UX, content, SEO, CRO and compliance requirements)
  • Continually assess and develop the performance of our digital assets, creating plans to ensure ongoing improvement and positive performance
  • Implement, manage and report on ROI of digital marketing campaigns
  • Support in leading the digital marketing and inbound teams to nurture all opportunities and manage campaigns

What do we expect of you?

  • Minimum 5 years marketing and experience
  • Minimum 5 years digital lead generation and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Proficient in data analytics (with Excel or similar)
  • Competent user of all MS office packages, especially Excel and PowerPoint
