Used Vehicle Programmes Specialist
- £38,000 - £42,000 + Performance Bonus (depending on experience)

  • Near Epsom (due to location own transport is beneficial)

We have a brand new and exciting position for a Used Vehicle Programmes Specialist to join the Remarketing department for a leading automotive manufacturer.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and refining Used Vehicle 'Approved' programmes to create meaningful & deliverable customer promise.


You will act as champion for Used vehicle network standards, driving sales through delivery, enhancing the customer experience through improved Used Vehicle Programmes whilst working closely with the marketing team to increase the purchase for used cars.


Responsibilities:

Supporting the Manager, Used Vehicles in delivering growth in Franchise network sales of Used vehicles, via development of network programmes, standards, reporting and targets by:

  • Working with MarComms, provide research briefs to establish customer expectations
  • Leading the development and communication of the 'Approved Used' customer promise and standards programmes
  • Determining appropriate measurement and audit processes to ensure customer promise and approved used Standards are delivered by the network
  • Managing the development and performance of network sales targets, working with the internal and Operational teams to ensure targets drive required overall performance yet provide a fair & level playing field for network partners.
  • Driving the Used purchase customer experience, working with C1 to monitor performance using CRS reporting and providing insight and suggestions for improvement opportunities.
  • Working with Value Chain & stakeholders, establish/develop opportunities for the sale of VLV products as part of Approved Used
  • Service Plans, Insurance, Accessories etc.
  • Work with partners to develop finance solutions to increase finance penetration and "assets under control" with a seamless customer and network approach.
  • Designing reporting needs alongside C1/IS/Digital to ensure we can deliver full visibility of network performance, issues, and opportunities.

Key skills required:


  • Have strong commercial acumen and knowledge of the Used vehicle market and sales processes
  • Networking and relationship management skills
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data, market data and profitability
  • Selfstarter used to identifying innovative opportunities and bringing them to life
  • Capable of operating independently (with oversight) within set objectives/requirement
Excellent attention to detail


Salary:
£38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
