Warehouse Operative

As part of the warehouse team your role is pivotal to the success of the depot operation ensuring that the following responsibilities are undertaken so that the site can deliver an excellent service to our clients.
The Role
Based at our Blackburn depot, the role will include:
- Picking & packing orders for dispatch
- Loading & unloading vehicles using FLT and HPT
- Assembly of stock
- Utilizing handheld devices for both incoming and outgoing goods
- Stock taking
The Person
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Have good communication skills
- Sound IT knowledge
- A flexible approach to suit the needs of the business
- Fork truck license (desirable will be required to be trained)
- DBS check will be done prior to start date
