For this advert we are looking for: HCA's


As a health care assistant (HCA) to deliver fundamentals of care to a wide range of patients being cared for on the ward.

Working with the nurse in charge to deliver high standards of care. Supporting the team to ensure the area is clean, tidy and clutter free.

We are looking to recruit caring and enthusiastic Healthcare Assistants to join Ward 24 at Victoria Hospital.


You need to have excellent communication skills, as our patients are often complex and require you to be patient and understanding.


You will be required to liaise with the multidisciplinary team to ensure needs are identified and communicated effectively so that safe decisions are made around patient care and discharge needs to promote safe and speedy discharges to an appropriate destination.
