The Role:

As an Affiliate Onboarding specialist you will be working alongside the account managers to onboard and get services live. This can range from a plug & play calculator, a full end to end customer journey and bespoke offerings.


You will also:

  • Configuring complex finance packages with the CW's system
  • Taking lead in projects Gathering information needed for set ups and entering this into Control Panel (both brand new set ups and upsells)
  • Working with the AMs to offer the most efficient products to customers and understand the customers vision/journey
  • Working with all teams throughout the company to resolve issues and improve services and products
  • Liaising with 3rd parties (DMS or lenders) in order to resolve issues/complete set ups
  • Attending team meetings to learn and spread information throughout the team
  • Being involved in roll outs of new products/projects to bring an onboarding view (both internal improvements and customer facing products)
  • Working with support where needed to pass on information in order for them to solve customer issues
  • Keeping systems (Salesforce) up to date with go live information and processing cancellations
  • Work as team player.
  • To work on onboarding dealers for Large portals, Finance houses, DMS and CRM providers and media companies
  • Working with development teams to manage delivery pipeline and customer communication of work in flight or planned
  • Work with wider commercial teams to share knowledge and opportunities
  • Support Affiliation team

Skills & Experience:


  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Previous experience working with product / platform development is an advantage
  • Previous experience in automotive or finance industry is an advantage
  • Previous experience in an agile environment is an advantage
  • Previous experience in a software development environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of Car industry or Finance Industry (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of Excel / Outlook
