About Our Client:
- Client based in Wokingham

- Maintain billing records in the accounting system.
- Setting up billing accounts in the accounting system
- Assist in the preparation of the termly bills
- Reconciliation of monthly credit card statement
- Ensure all payments are made in an accurate and timely manner either by BACS or cheque
- Administer the companies ordering processes
- Coordinate delivery of goods to departments
- Input invoices and staff expenses
- Cash Banking and petty cash
- Administration of the lettings procedures
- Coordinate visits from potential lettings enquiries to view facilities
- Raise invoices for lettings
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Scanning and electronic and physical filing
The Successful Applicant:
- Finance and admin background or skillset
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to work successfully in the a team
- Friendly and polite personality
