About Our Client:


  • Client based in Wokingham

  • Maintain billing records in the accounting system.
  • Setting up billing accounts in the accounting system
  • Assist in the preparation of the termly bills
  • Reconciliation of monthly credit card statement
  • Ensure all payments are made in an accurate and timely manner either by BACS or cheque
  • Administer the companies ordering processes
  • Coordinate delivery of goods to departments
  • Input invoices and staff expenses
  • Cash Banking and petty cash
  • Administration of the lettings procedures
  • Coordinate visits from potential lettings enquiries to view facilities
  • Raise invoices for lettings
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Scanning and electronic and physical filing

The Successful Applicant:


  • Finance and admin background or skillset
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to work successfully in the a team
  • Friendly and polite personality
