What will you do in the role?
As our
-
Ground Operations Pre-Planner, you will liaise with planning coordinators and forecasters to determine planning requirements for periodic rosters


You will also:

  • Support Ground Operations Training teams in managing colleague resource availability
  • Liaise with respective Station Managers to detail Ground Operations colleagues roles, including any operational contribution levels.
  • Ensure colleague records are accurate and correct to support Roster planners and forecasters.
  • Create detailed reports giving projected availability.

What are the key skills / experience you'll already have?
As our

  • Have the ability to turn around tasks at short notice while maintaining accuracy and quality of output
  • Be adaptable, have a flexible attitude, be able to work in a fastpaced environment whilst delivering to tight timescales
  • You will have strong computer literacy and sound working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Previous experience of working time directives and workplace rostering agreements will be a benefit
