We are looking for a dynamic and organised individual to join the Storytelling and Design team which sits within the fast-growing marketing function, to provide maternity cover for 12 months.

This role is a vital position and is responsible for coordinating and accelerating our efforts to grow our case study portfolio within Sopra Steria UK.

The role requires the individual to be good at networking at all levels, and getting individuals and teams motivated to share case studies which can be used to support our sales and marketing plans.

Our business is, first and foremost, about people. Our services only matter if they work for people and, for us, if they serve a greater purpose too. Being a people-centric organisation is recognised by Great Place to Work's (GPTW) UK Best Workplaces 2023 rankings.

We're also proud to be ranked by GPTW UK in its Best Workplaces for Wellbeing; Best Workplaces for Women; and Best Workplaces in Tech listings.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the case study project including:
  • Maintaining and updating an accurate master list of existing and new case study material.
  • Creating and approving between 510 case studies per month (existing and new).
  • Proactively harvesting new case studies from across the business involving regular touchpoints and communication with key individuals from each of the business units.
  • Gaining commitment from each business unit to provide an agreed number of case studies every month.
  • Collaborating with account directors to agree on a plan for customer communication and sign off case studies.
  • Working with the marketing leads to prioritise case study creation based on marketing priorities.
  • Partnering with our India team to maintain, update and improve the central case study portal and to create and share monthly case study progress report.
  • Working with our communications team to provide regular updates to the organisation around our case study progress.
  • Setting up regular 'teaching' sessions with teams across the business to give them the tools and the knowledge to be able to autonomously create compelling case study material.
  • Contributing to and updating the case study working group on progress.
  • Ensuring that the case study creation process is established, regularly maintained and adhered to by the business.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong knowledge and management experience.
  • Confident networker with the ability to confidently deal with people at all levels of the organisation.
  • Excellent writing abilities to craft case study content.
  • Strong project management skills managing multiple case study write ups, sign off and updating the case study master list.
  • Able to manage others both directly and as part of a matrix team.
