Sales Coordinator.
We are currently Hiring a sales Coordinator in our client's Nottingham office.

Working for a trusted scrap metal recycling company with a passion for customer care whilst supplying a whole range of equipment from other leading worldwide manufacturers.

Sales Coordinator

Salary:
£22,000 to £28,000 per year (based on experience)

Nottingham, NG7

Role Type:
Permanent, Full Time, Office Based

You will be working closely With the Managing Director and Sales Manager to generate appointments for the Sales team whilst Maintaining and improving relationships internal and external.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Liaising with existing customers to keep them updated on the progress of their machine
Help increase customer satisfaction rate
Generate appointments for the sales team
Maintain an accurate CRM with customer information
Help improve communication within the company through effective record keeping
Helping with marketing efforts i.e. networking events, trade shows, social media etc.

Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to learn new technologies
