Part Time Showroom Host

£10 per hour

Harlow

Permanent/Part Time

Working Days:
Monday/Tuesday and Saturday

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Dividing the working day between hosting and assisting the sales team.
  • Maintaining a presence within the showroom at all times.
  • All calls answered swiftly and courteously to then be directed to appropriate departments.
  • Reception area and showroom is maintained throughout the day.
  • Managing the customers journey whilst they are visiting the business. Ensuring they receive exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
  • Liaising closely with the sales departments, ensuring customers are being attended to promptly.

Your Background & Skill:


  • Previous experience within a hospitality or customer service role.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
