You love software and all things development - but see yourself more as a manager

As a natural born leader, you thrive on your people leadership skills and want to act as a mentor and support a team of software developers and QAs?


You will be part of an international company, with offices in the UK, Europe and America and we are specialists in the delivery of software and web solutions used by the industrial engineering sector.

We have a range of products which are built using languages such as

C#.Net, React, SQL - plus additional CI/CD tooling.

You will be leading a team of 6 who are spread across 3 countries, acting as a key figure when contributing to platform architecture discussions and planning sessions for all current and pending projects


One of the challenges this role will bring, is managing a team of developers across 3 different time zones and ensuring everything is well communicated between the team.


You will be exemplary figure within our team, setting high standards for your team to follow, ensuring all design, development and testing functions are delivered to the highest standards.


Your strong organizational skills will be highly valued as you monitor your teams progresses and continuously looking for new ways to improve and increase performance output and implement individual growth plans.


You will be reporting to the Director of Product Development and continuously update him on your teams performances as well as the Product delivery.


You will be able to work fully remotely, but we do have an office in the Midlands and South Coast if you wanted to pop into the office.


We operate a flexible working schedule, all the way ensuring your team are well communicated which may involve some work out outside core UK hours due to the international team time difference.


If you're an experience software development with experience in leading a team who wants to progress into a Product focused Management role - then this could be the perfect role for you.

Our salary ranges from £60-75k depending on individual experience.
