Description
HHFT are looking for a Transport & Parking Lead that has the understanding and knowledge of this exciting role. The post holder will need to be able to demonstrate experience in both areas of Fleet Managing and Parking.

Being able to manage a small team, ensuring the fleet is ready for daily services ranging from courier vans to minibus category of approximately 15 vehicles.

The parking aspect will require a good understanding of parking operations and legislation for continuous operations of the car parking areas.


To manage, maintain and administer the Non-Patient Transport & Parking services in an efficient and cost-effective manner across all HHFT sites.


To give both technical and administrative advice when required, keeping up to date with vehicle legislation and parking codes of practice.

To understand and administer the parking systems, configurations and physical layout of the car parking areas.

To administer Parking Charge Notifications issued.


To manage the Drivers and Parking staff ensuring that the team work together delivering a professional and courteous service in accordance with the Trust values and policies.

To ensure the service operations are within the agreed budget.
