Job title:

Lead Planning, Monitoring & Control Professional**

Salary:
Circa £45K depending on skills and experience


What you'll be doing:


  • Owning the Projects Change board and sanctioning requests before submission to the Programmes board
  • Representing the Project at the Programme Change Board
  • Liaising with Project Control discipline Managers, to understand the impact between the Performance Measurement baseline changes and other Project Controls elements
  • Generating reports and presenting to the Project Director
  • Supporting meetings with the Customer, to discuss changes
  • Governing the Projects organisation & work breakdown structures
  • Consolidating expertise from multiple sources, to provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives
  • Supporting & promoting the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisation

Your skills and experiences:


Essential

  • APMQ or proven experience in a project management role
  • Knowledge of Primavera (P6)
  • Proven experience in Change Management
- adaptable, flexible, and logical thinker capable of seamlessly transitioning across multiple projects


Desirable

  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of other project controls disciplines

The Project team:


Working as part of a Project Team within the Submarine programme, we have a £3 billion budget and 15 teams responsible for delivering across multiple UK sites.

Together with the Integration, Testing, and Software teams, you will contribute to delivering the design, manufacture, and setting to work of the submarine's control systems.
