Are you a Teaching Assistant experienced in supporting Speech and Language at Primary age, or maybe a speech and language graduate looking for your next challenge?


Tradewind are working with a large primary school in the south of Sheffield seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant or Learning support assistant to support speech and language across Key Stage 1.


The school has identified a cohort of children who have fallen significantly behind in Key Stage 1 and require additional support with their speech and language.


The school use a combination of Jolly phonics and Read Write Inc so experience of these areas would also be a benefit but not essential.


A Teaching Assistant qualification at level 2 or above would be a benefit for this role but not essential a the main criteria is a great understanding of how children develop their speech and language skills as well as practical hands on experience of supportingyoung children in this area.
